New to this group

I have tried sexless marriage forums in the past, most of the time without much luck, but I am hoping that there are people here that are in a similar situation that I can talk to. I have been married for 33 years and my husband and I haven't had sex in 18 years. It is lonely...I would love to find someone in a similar situation that is around my age (55).

There was a great “sexless marriage” group/forum on this site’s predecessor, EP (Experience Project). Quite a few of the people you meet here will have migrated from there to here.

Sexless marriage is tough. It’s abuse. I chose, at great expense, to go the divorce route. Truthfully, it’s like being reborn. The sun just seems to shine brighter.

You can find happiness too, but you’re going to need a plan that doesn’t include your partner. It likely should include a therapist and a good lawyer.
