Loss of friends

I have recently lost 3 good friends due to who I voted for. I’ve known these 3 ladies for 18 years and we were very close. I can’t tell you how shocked I was, and sad. They have known for years who o supported, but this year they decided to cut ties with me bc their candidate lost. Anyone else gone through this?

i got no clue. if they cut me off because of that, then they werent real friends to begin with. i have friends in both parties and some in third parties. who they vote for is their business. if we have conflicting beliefs, well, thats what America is all about to begin with. the ability to have different viewpoints.
