I Have No Problem With Interacial Relationships
I lived with a black guy for a while. Well, mixed ancestry, South American Indian and African, he looked "black."
I didn't want my deeply religious mother to know what was going on between us, tried to lead her to believe we were just roommates. I really thought the gay thing would upset her. Turns out she cared less about that then about the fact that he was of a different race and didn't share the religious views she had raised me to have.
Didn't share the religious views. Think about that. If we did have those views, we wouldn't have been in a gay relationship in the first place. That's common sense.
But to have a problem with his being black? I know she was disappointed in me, but I am far more disappointed in her.
