Do you think it’s okay to have lovers if you are married?
I’m thinking of artists and other creative types like frida kahlo who was married but had many lovers?

When you marry you make an oath at the altar. An oath is a serious commitment,
a solemn promise that goes to the heart of who you are as a human being. If you then cheat on that oath it is more than just infidelity, it is a betrayal, a dereliction of everything you are as a human being. It shows you to be fundamentally dishonest. It isn't the same for unmarried lovers who cheat, but it appertains to those who agree to marry, make their oaths and then cheat. It doesn't even matter what other people think, it's about the individuals in the marriage and the dishonesty and treachery of one party in that marriage.
