If you married a muslim person, (s)he didn't eat pork and (s)he didn't want you to eat it either, what would u do?

Kind of important to discuss that before you get married. Islam is more than just not eating pork. What if they wanted you to pray five times a day, fast during Ramadan, and make the pilgrimage to Mecca?
