How can anybody stand living in the country?

First off there is nothing to do except stare at fields of corn all day long. Your neighbors are probably hillbillies who marry their sisters and probably smoke meth. Everyone knows your business, which would seriously get on my last nerve. Did I mention there is no shopping, no nightclubs, no any type of civilization except for the general store and maybe a gas station or two if you are lucky. I would die absolutely shrivel up and die.

You’re thinking of the middle of nowhere country. Some parts of the country are nice and have educated civilized people, shopping centers, etc. I’m from the south originally. I would know. I have a boyfriend who isn’t related to me and I am finishing up a bachelors degree in college. But the one thing is, the heat down there might still make you shrivel up and die. You might end up frying like an egg in a pan, right in the middle of the parking lot of one of those shopping centers or malls. 😂

@YoungPoet345 Isn't the country practically the same as the middle of nowhere? I remember the heat and the humidity from my time spent living down in Florida. That was pure hell I don't know why all the old people go down there and enjoy it.

@Addictedtoglamour Why don’t I take you down there and you can tell me? I’ll give you a ride in my mystery van to Alabama so you can find out for sure. Lol, those darn old people trying to enjoy their retirement. The nerve!
