I think sometimes, both married men and women flirt sometimes, a little.
Even that it can be needed, natural.
Just to feel good, and that its still... possible?.
To keep the other person on his or her toes? But also instead of the partner thinking its horrible they can also feel, nice, i have an attractive partner.
But ofc, depends.. how big a flirt...
Is it a exchanged smile with person in grocery store.. or long repeated talks, big gestures..
