When it comes to courtship or marriage, do factors such as religion, caste, or community hold any significance for you?

Religion, but we met at a church youth group function, so that wasn't a problem.

Faith in Christ and what He did a calvary. Second added benefits was she was "the girl from Johnson county". I was from the East side of Kansas City.
If I legitimately love them, no. I'd want to know bc I'd want to know if I had to convert if their religion was of some significance to them. But I would have found all of that out eons ago, I'm pretty thorough ^•^

we don't have an official caste in our countries but social and financial status or lack thereof is a big factor for some people

religion and other factors are for me
I couldn't marry someone who doesn't love my God as I do, but the rest is not important. And I can prove it's not important

For me, courtship and marriage are more about understanding, mutual respect, and acceptance. A healthy relationship isn't about changing each other or imposing views, it's about two people building a connection based on who they are, not on outside expectations.
