How to confront a cheating spouse?

Today i would just walk away i swear on everything that i love. I wouldn't even confront them because i know me. But years ago i saw red and didn't care who i hurt i went a rampage because i just wanted blood. And i scared myself. I never want to see that side of me ever again.
