My husband travels all of the time for work

And it just gets lonely at times. I know this is probably pretty common but it’s what led me here. Not being a whiner or anything, but I’m sure there are people who can relate

Yes. My partner travels for work also. Then when he’s home on weekends, he’s either sleeping or catching up on various chores and errands. Feels alone 90% of the time.

@RavenScape I can relate to it very well

@RavenScape this is all too similar for me and I feel selfish for being upset about that

@RavenScape what does your husband do for a job?
brian29715 · 46-50, M
@RavenScape I’d often travel where I’d leave Monday morning and get home Friday evening. I felt so disconnected from the family. My weekend was spent with laundry, catching up on work, honey-dos, preparing for the next week. I was more of a roommate than a family member.

@brian29715 sadly that is what it feels like. And I truly sympathize with him, he works incredibly hard for us but it takes a toll

@minnygirl I thought I was providing for my family. In reality I was just working on the wall between everyone. 😥

@brian29715 I’m sorry, that is heartbreaking
