Is it okay to marry your cousin?

I was extremely attracted to a fifth cousin, who arrived here on a visit from England. And was also attracted to a first cousin on my father's side of the family when I was about 15. However, when I was 15 I was attracted to just about everyone...😂😂😂.

I do know that it is NOT okay, genetically speaking, to marry your 1st cousin. Any lethal genes will be doubly replicated in your children. There is far greater chance of a mongoloid child, and far greater chance of genetic disease.
