Is he lying when he says this?

If a man cheats on his wife and the husband says to his wife he has no attraction to the other woman anymore. Is he telling the truth or would there still be some attraction towards the other woman still?

Attraction and love are different things in my opinion. We are all attracted to many people but doesnt mean we love them. Obviously there was some attraction if he cheated. But doesnt mean he loves them. But that doesnt give an excuse to cheat though.
