How can i help my wife ?

My wife is pregnant with our first baby she's been sick and very emotional lately. How can I help her feel better ?

A night out with your buddy's is the wrong answer. Listen to her. Help her do things she can do without asking her. Clean up after yourself. Bring her flowers and chocolate. Arrange dinner without requiring her to cook or clean up. Empathize.
