Born and bred for traditional marriage [I Support Traditional Marriage]

I'm a wife and mother in the UK who was brought up in traditional religious community, was married young and still endorse and support traditional marriage. My husband is very much head of the home, and I am the homemaker. Not for everyone, I know, but it works for me. I would love to chat with others with similar views

May you be blessed noble woman.. 😊

Following the will of God will see you cop a lot of abuse in this world and you will probably get some from people in here who hate the LORD..

Be of good cheer for Jesus has overcome this world 👍 And obtained for us eternal life. 🤗
This is a fetish among those with control issues or Stockholm syndrome.

Congratulations on choosing to follow what you believe in. Your respect for tradition is a credit to you.

@JayneA How kind. Thank you. Not that I had a lot of choice. It was the natural order, the way things were in my community

I feel it isn't working for me.
Lib41 · 41-45, F
@CarolineCarm my parents are Christian, and I had a traditional marriage, but now when I see my ex-boyfriend, I feel like being with him.
CarolineCarm · 36-40, F
@Lib41 Are you still in your marriage? If so, I can well see that the temptation to look somewhere where the grass is greener must be very strong. On the other hand, I suppose you could also say that if the relationship with the former boyfriend didn't turn into something long-lasting, why should it now? Very difficult. I sympathise
Lib41 · 41-45, F
@CarolineCarm Yes, I am still in my marriage.

Unfortunately, my parents didn’t gave me the change to be with my former boyfriend.
