Sure, but often it's a lack of communication about what we want, need, expect, from our partners. Sometimes one feels neglected in some area of the relationship only to find that the other is also feeling the same way about a different aspect of their lives. Not everyone is naturally well tuned to the needs of another, it takes some practice and a commitment from each to reach a sustained level of intimate communication.
