So sorry you're going through this too. I lost my husband to a brain hemorrhage in August 2024. Nothing seems normal apart from craving the life we once had and instead, the new normal of anxiety, crippling loneliness and thoughts and mental images that you don't know what to do with. Anyway, just wanted to reach out and let you know you're not alone in this, there are others who unfortunately know exactly how it feels. Love and hugs xx
