Boundaries are super important when you鈥檙e a giver. 馃
It鈥檚 important to not overextend yourself.
Clear, respectful communication is also important.
The right ones will respect your boundaries and be supportive of you taking care of yourself.
The bad ones will try to guilt, bully, shame, and/or debate away your boundaries. The second they pull any of that it鈥檚 a sign to cut them loose.
