I Believe Long Distance Relationship Can Work

My girlfriend and I have been living in two different countries now for a year. She lives in central america with her family again.

And my best friend/former roomate lives in Taiwan, she also moved back to her family over 2 years ago.

I live in the US.

Long distance relationships work.

Kudos to you. I've been in one for 3 years through my youth. I do think it's important from time to time to have physical connection, as to produce hormones that can help strengthen the relationship that you don't get over distance. We have planned nice vacations every 5-6 months until we are able to finally live together.

Been to colombia 2 times already. Brought her over to mexico for a family event un August. Planning something in the next few months to see each other again. It is quite nice too. I feel like there is more adventure (travel) because of this than we would if we were never this far away.
