I Believe Long Distance Relationship Can Work

So I've witnessed myself that a lot of long distance relationships actually work when both people are actually 100% serious about each other and are and can be 100% loyal and honest with each other all the time. I've been thinking about trying to give a long distance relationship a chance and see how it goes

I wouldn't call it impossible. But, I don't think it can even come close to in person relationships. Close proximity and physical touching makes the brain explode with all kinds of pleasure and bonding neurochemicals. Not to mention pheremones, if humans have them.

So, even if the two go into it 100% seriously, if they meet someone they click with IRL, that's immediately going to be a more powerful bond, imo. With more benefits.

Unless they close the distance at some point before that happens, I'd call it like a 98% rate of failure.

The buddhists say pain stems from desire. At best, long distance just stimulates your desire and nothing else. Just causing pain, imo.
