My husband always SAYS "Hey Jasper whatcha doing baby?" to our cat!! He never talks to me like that!

No apostrophe in the word "says". The word "to" should not have a capital "T" either. As for the silly word "whatcha", if your husband wants to talk like that it's up to him.
