Incest...the numbers!

Incest seems to be less taboo than decades ago. But 'seems to' lacks hard figures for me.

Does anyone have actual figures about how many people have experienced (18+ consensual!) incest and how many people, without experiences themselves, have a positive attitude towards incest?

Sex with a relative is in a way similar to where gay sex was until recently. Commonly going on but either illegal or immoral according to many people and governments. With no real reason for it to be forbidden. Multiple spouses is another one. Pay for sex another. Do it or don’t but governments should not restrict sexual freedom.

@AnneHoney You are so very right! I totally agree with you. The taboo on consensual incest will disappear. No government should have a say about what we do in the bedroom (or kitchen, bathroom..) if it is consensual and not harming anybody.

And indeed, about the other 'taboos' you mention: I fully agree.
