Caught Red Handed

I've officially decided to stop fighting for my marriage.

Today, I found out he purchased lingerie and had it shipped to someone who lives in the area he works.

I may not be the most amazing woman on the planet, but damn, I like to think I had a lot to give... now he throws away 5 years together and his kids and our son will suffer.

People say that cheaters cheat because they're not happy in their relationship. I think they cheat because they're not happy in themselves...

So I'm done. And it hurts, I feel parts of me shattering that I managed to fix... it's not right....

But I can't hold on to someone who wants a side piece...

@SW-User I think you're saying, in a very nice way, that a man is capable of living by his ethics irrespective of his urges.
Most humans have that capacity -- but very few do.
I was once at a Process Oriented Psychology workshop for professionals. In a room full of 200 people, when asked if they'd cheated, 80% put their hands up. The numbers of males and females were equal. Of those who didn't raise their hands, I could not guess how many lied by abstention.

So you're a very lucky woman to have found a man who has those principles and is not a hypocrite.
