- If you are naturally sensitive or have a delicate temperament, you might be affected so deeply that it becomes hard to function normally, and you may start to feel that life is burdensome.

- This can leave you wondering what they think, feel, plan, or do. - You may find yourself living with feelings of fear, disappointment, and depression to the point where it becomes difficult to focus on your daily life.

With family, I simply cut them off after years of toxicity.

No big blowup. Driving back from such an occurence, it was like..."Oh! I guess I ceasing contact now...". Very low key ... Subconscious prodded me and let me know the decision..... 😉

Narcissists are that way. They wear a mask so that you’ll trust them and they take whatever they know and twist it into something completely different and wreak havoc in whatever ways they can. The best thing to do is leave them in the dust, set boundaries against them and never trust anything they say ever again.
