So, we can all think of a time where we may have been hurt, betrayed, or abandoned by someone...

But are we able to reflect and think of a time when we might have done it to someone else? Back at the end of last year, I made a decision out of anger and it resulted in me leaving behind a friendship I had built for the last year and a half prior. All because I was impulsive and angry at something that didn't even have to do directly with her. The last I heard from someone else was that she hates me and I can't blame her.

I guess I don't just burn bridges I nuke them.

This is a really good post and a great question

I have nuked friendships but off the top of my head I think I have always had good reason

I’m sure they’d disagree

It takes a lot of honesty and self reflection to see oneself in the role of the bad guy - most people aren’t capable of it
