What would you do if your significant other forgot your birthday?

To be clear, I'm not talking about gifts. I mean he just completely forgot. It feels weird to bring it up myself, but I was hoping he would have acknowledged it.

In the 20 years I have been with my husband he only once made an effort for my birthday and most times only wishes me when he has been up for about an hour 🙄
