Guys: How important is it that your significant other look feminine?

As in: manicured nails (I didn't say polished/painted), fitted clothes (no too little or too tight), wears clothing and shoes only from womens department etc. If I were a guy, it would be important to me.

As a woman (and I can only speak for this particular woman) it's always been important to me but I'm told (more and more often), it's politically incorrect to actually take pride in that sort of stuff these days.
