Guys: How important is it that your significant other look feminine?

As in: manicured nails (I didn't say polished/painted), fitted clothes (no too little or too tight), wears clothing and shoes only from womens department etc. If I were a guy, it would be important to me.

I do a lot of one of one with men, and with my heavy research and experience.

Men are simple
they like girls who smile and laugh through the worse times.
Dont nag them
wear clothes that suits you and makes you look good, smell good and etc..
yah manicured/ girly like clothes.
