Where is a good place to meet young girls that are around my age at?

I'm turning 24 on July 3rd and I was wondering where is a good place that young girls from ages 18 to 24 hang around at? Btw I do not want to meet a girl at a bar or club because I do not like drinking or partying?

Meet them at a place that you want to be. They will likely be there for the same reason.

If you like to cook, take a cooking class. Others that like to cook will likely be there to. You now have met someone that will cook with you.
