For themselves because overweight is like the home for disease like heart-attack, diabetic, blood-pressure, obesity and many more.

@Simplegirlstory: yes, but slim people also can have that problem with heart, bollod pressure, don't you think?

But overweight people are more at risk and plus it is so uncomfortable to be overweight and it is very hard to find fitting clothes. I know it because I was once totally overweight myself. Thank god I lost my weight.

@Simplegirlstory: I am glad for you.. yes people who have problems with weight have more risk but in this question I didn't ask that.
