I could do whatever I want with this girl but should I?

There is a girl who is absolutely obsessed with me and she'll do anything I want without it turning into a relationship, but should I do it I mean I really like to play around but I dont like her personality at all or anything just the fact I can do wahtever I want with her, should I do it?

No, I wouldn't trust that situation. She may mean what she says rationally, but you can't account for how she'll feel.
