Have you ever had an ex break up with you then attempt to rekindle the relationship afterwards?

My first serious relationship, ended with the guy cheating on me and after some time of trying to make things work, realized they never would. But starting about a year after the break up he has contacted me at least three different times, wanting to start what we finished. Lucky for me, I am not the sad lonely girl I was then and there is no way we will ever get back together.
