How do you let go of someone who is a part of you?

Someone who would make you feel special, someone who was there when no one else was. Someone who you trusted with your life and your deepest secrets? I need to let her go because she keeps letting me down but its so hard.

Time. You may never experience a love like this again. I speak from experience, however, don't close your emotions down to allowing yourself to be happy, and love again.
Love has many different levels to it, and they're all beautiful, from basic compassion, to baring ourselves in the most intimate way with another.

@LadyWioness: I know that's why I'm so hurt because I don't think I will ever feel this again. She was my best friend even almost like a mom then we fell in love. She meant all that to me that's why I'm scared to not have her in my life.

@LadyWioness: I know music helps me so much. I have discovered so many good songs and bands on YouTube that help me cope! It still leaves that emptiness in me but it somewhat helps me vent.
