I have kept off 66 Lbs in 22 years.
When you give your body nutrition, that is the essence of health, then you wont be hungry for empty calories.
So those who say I have tried - the diet did not work.......
How long did they try - One day? one week? .......
Good on you for giving your body a chance to be better and able to move .........
