How do you make friends?

I literally don't do anything wrong. I'm outgoing and everything but how come I don't have any a lot of friends. I have probably 2. And people always make fun of me and are mean to me for no reason. Do any of you know how to make friends?

alright i know this situation ...first of all know that if you are not having many friends then its not like there is something wrong with you or you gotta learn some special techniques to make friends ... we come around so many people in our life with some our vibes match while with some don't ... You gotta be just the way you are, you will find many who will like , appreciate that and would love to remain in your life as your friend or may be your partner ... so you got not many friends ?? NO BIG DEAL ...
