How do you make friends?

I literally don't do anything wrong. I'm outgoing and everything but how come I don't have any a lot of friends. I have probably 2. And people always make fun of me and are mean to me for no reason. Do any of you know how to make friends?

That's everyday with me get talk about pick on by people I don't know and people that so called friends talk and pick on me so I really don't have any friends and I quit being friends with people
