Kind of. I think you can determine at first sight that someone is a person you could fall in love with but it takes more than that to actually fall in love.

Not really. I believe in connection at first sight. Chemistry. Lust. The Zinger. I think when people feel they've experienced love at first sight, it just happened that the connection had something more to back it up so love could grow. More often, it doesn't or never gets to be explored to see if it would.
