Generally shy/socially-awkward person here, so here's my list:
Random blushing, more smiling, more (subtle?) attempts at initiating conversation, words won't come out as fluently as you'd want to, and you might even get [i]more[/i] shy than you already are - which is something you'll be battling constantly. Yeah, it's all quite subtle and probably hard to notice for others, but that's pretty much how it works for us.

@matt94: Hahaha! That's 100% right coming from a fellow social awkward person! 😂😂 It's difficult. I might just have to wait for more obvious signs :O
