What's the most emotionally vulnerable you've let yourself be with another person?

The weird thing is that it feels like I was more open in the past and more closed now, but the actuality is that I was open to the wrong people back then, and am now only willing to be open to the right people.

I've opened up quite a bit to a small handful of people, and a few of them have taken the opportunity to drive a knife into the opening. But eh, I'll move on.

I told someone who used to be my friend some stuff I didnt tell anyone else, and thats all there is to say about it.

When someone shows genuine interest in me, i think im more cautious now as many people have abused my trust
