I'm well aware of how difficult it can be when your significant other breaks up with you. I was married for 8 years when my ex-wife told me she wanted a divorce.
The best advice I can give you is to allow yourself to work through the emotions you're feeling before moving on to someone else. It's going to be difficult, but if you do this you'll be much better off than if you just rush into another relationship.
