it's good advice if you want a woman that will like you for money. Bad advice if you are a good man looking for a good woman. If you are looking for a good woman, work on your behavior first, and being 'real'. Then the 'real' woman, and a good one, will come. Sad but true: lots of women are superficial and will like you if you have money, but will drop you or not be drawn to you if you are jobless. Funny how the opposite isn't true: guys usually don't care if the woman they are interested in has money or not, job or not. It is because it's innate for guys to be the provider, hence, women feel like they have someone who can take care of them, if the man has money. Some women are just users. Guys often go for looks, regardless of brain and money, and girls (not all, and certainly not me) go for money, even if guy lacks in good looks.

You cant just wait around for a woman and not do anything with your life. I say focus on yourself, in my experience you meet someone when you arent really trying. Good luck.
