I do. He's not a bad person, he's just a person whose had a bad upbringing and hasn't known any better.

@Paleandpolluted86: my ex has bi polar and with that he substitutes his medication with alcohol. He has done some terrible things, both physically and mentally to me and even himself but knowing his family - I can see why. It's a class case of the abused becoming the abuser. I don't condone what he has done but I have understanding.
