If your bulge was on your neck or above your belly button you might adorn it differently there is no way to know. I really shouldn't have to explain this.

How covered up? What is the acceptable standard that you feel comfortable imposing on the other 52% of the world? Do they get any say in the decision... does any other men? Perhapse there should be a tribunal of men to make this decision for all women everywhere?
