So my best friend's hubby has an affair behind her back...

He then comes clean about it telling her all the details but adds "It didn't mean anything"..."It's over, I love you and only want to be with you...will you please forgive me?"...She is considering forgiving him - I told her to kick his cheating ass out the door...She asked me why I would say that?

My question to him would be..."WTF do you or you men mean when you say "It didn't mean anything?"...Please explain?

@mysteryangel: I'd guess "It didn't mean anything" and I assume it means the same thing the guy meant by it. You'd have to ask them, everything else is conjecture.
