Why do people hate people with weird fetishes?

I myself have a fetish, but I do not understand why everybody is grossed out by it. We didn't decide to have a fetish, we just were born with it. It's not fair, it's even worse to find someone who will accept and even satisfy our fetish.

The only thing I was born with was a predisposition to become addicted to things.. all my fetishes came much later and we're learned or forced/brainwashed into me.
