Does pouting really work ?

When I was a kid I never pouted or made puppy dog eyes. Now at 26 years old I'm gonna try and see if this actually works.

Is it working ? Do you feel any feelings ? Any urge to submit to my needs ? Anything ? On a scale from one to 17 billion ?
