Change your behaviour in the dream. Become aware of it being a dream and then get yourself to react differently.

Write about the fear in a journal. Hopefully once doing so, you'll be able to wrap your head around what you're actually dreaming about... and eventually, rid yourself of that fear altogether.

It's horrible I've had them, makes you scared to go to sleep. Think if you're not stressed or worried you might just have to ride it out and let your brain get rid of this stuff
