How good are you at faking an orgasm?

Because sometimes "the real thing" is just not going to happen.

@CereBellum: Hmm. Why is that? I can't think of a reason why I couldn't have an orgasm during sex other than my partner not doing the right thing/enough of the right thing for me.

@HopelessLeila: How about taking an SSRI antidepressant? First thing that came to mind, however there are plenty more.
