should i call him?

so me and my crush talked on the phone like a week or so ago,he told me he wants to quit his job and told me what he would like to do instead.
a few days ago two of my acquaintances have told me they are looking to hire somebody like him...texted him,told him about the jobs but that dumbass haven't read it yet.
should i call him about it? it's his dream job but he is playing hard to get

he doesnt work 24/7. if you know his shift, call when he is not working, simple as that. it sounds to me more like you are making excuses NOT to call him.
