[c=#4C0073]I love you and miss you everyday and I want to try again. The only real problem in our previous relationship was me and I have fixed that. I just want an opportunity to show you how much I've grown. You've seen me at my worst now let me give you my best.

What would you do or say? Would you take them back?[/c]

If he is an addict and his substance abuse sparked most of his bad behavior...NO. Tell him to stay off it for at least 5 years before he even speaks to you.

If he has been abusive...NO.
Abusive men never change, and they find it much easier to lure a former victim back than to look for, find, court and train a new victim.

If he was just immature and you think he has learned how to value a relationship, you could give it a try...but don't expect too much because people don't change often or easily.
