[c=#4C0073]I honestly don't know that's why I asked the question. I'm not opposed to a second chance for anyone. People do stupid things when they're young that they would never do once they've grown. There would have to be something different about them. Something to show that they really did change.[/c]

@VioletRayne: I agree on the age thing. I work in a high school and see it often. I meet many of these kids in 8th grade and a great deal are so different and have grown so much by the time their senior year rolls around.
